when I open IE, I get this: finding site google.com, and a delay of 25 seconds before the site comes up. Google is my homepage, when starting IE. Why does IE do this: "finding site google.com"?

Thanks

Usually says that when there's a problem with your internet coonection -- allbeit an intermittent one in your case.

When it happens to me, it won't correct itself until I restart Windows. But it happens only on rare occasions.
