Hi,

First, my apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. I have two problems, but both are connected to each other I think.

I have a hidden spyware located on my computer, which I can not locate. I have run several spyware/malware programs, including: Microsoft, Adware, Spybot, McAfee and one that is offer by Comcast. None of these were able to remove the spyware. I believe that it came from a game that was downloaded by a family member from the Life Style Network. It is Real Arcade. I have tried to remove this program, hoping to get rid of the malice ware, but find that I can't uninstall it either. It continues to tell me that my browser is open, when in fact all programs and the Internet are closed. It also states that it is unable to locate the uninstaller, which is still located on my C drive.

These programs are interfering with me connecting to the Internet and opening up files and games. Each time I try, it is closed by the programs. I am not sure what else to do.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give me.
