I am currently creating the website www.wagnerwc.com/index.php

I do not understand why everytime I open the program, AVG will tell me that the site is infected with JS/Downloader.Agent

How do I fix this?

Are you having problems with your own site?
carolinejoy's problem is no longer.

A lot of sites are being used to infect the visitors by adding iframes that link through to malicious websites.
If these iframes appear on your site this usually means the server has a securoity problem that needs to be fixed before being able to permanently remove the problem.
