trojan detected by spybot

Hi fellers just want to let everyone learn about the problem that i have been having recently. I somehow picked up a trojan i'm not sure which one or how, which was later detected after i ran spybot-search&destroy but when i tried to update and run ad-aware se personal the computer says a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to preven damage to your computer and then shuts down. And when i run spybot i keep getting this message "There were problems in the include file D:\program files\spybot includes\malware.sbi
Can anyone help get rid of this malicious trojan please.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
