Wicked Spyware/Adware! Please Help - Log Enclosed

Hello,

I've read through your forums and although I can't find anything that specifically addresses my problem and I am hoping I can get some help.

I run McAfee and PopupStopper (the free version) and normally I am quite safe on the net. I also run SpyDoctor a couple times a week.

Well today I hit a site that had pop ups from He!!. It's hijacked my browser so I can not change my home page (well I can change it it just doesnt stay changed.) Its also added about a dozen or so icons to my desktop for everything from viagra to credit. NOt only this but it has changed my wallpaper to look like the blue screen of death. The message on mentions a trojan html.smitfraud or something like that. When I right click on my desktop to change my theme or wallpaper, my display properties are altered... I only have a tab for screen saver and settings!
I also have a round red icon with a white X in the center of it in my systray. I cant right click to close it. And it keeps popping up the tool tip window informing me that I can patch my pc to be safe from spyware.

Heres what I have done so far.
Ran Spydoctor and let it remove all 220 instances. Ran McAfee. it found 2 viruses... a trojan and a program called PUP something or other.. McAfee deleted them both.
I also tried to delete the icons that are on my desktop but they respawn as fast as I delete them.
Lastly I went into my msconfig (using PC Forrest Startman - check it out if youve never heard it.. its awesome) and turned off any unknown applications being run on start up.

So far nothing has helped.

Ok Sorry I had to send that quick before a popup changed the page I was typing the message on.

But that is my log file. I am still researching my problem but if I could get someone who is familiar or atleast aware with what I should do to resolve this annoying thing I would greatly appreciate it. Please help me as quickly as you can. Thank you so much, in advance
