My friend asked me to fix his old website so I'm transferring it to http://www.inmotionhosting.com from http://www.valueweb.com for various reasons(valueweb control panel sucks IMHO), but the problem is a friend of his a long time ago originally setup the site and registered the domain but didn't give my friend the login info, and now I'm stuck trying to transfer a domain my friend pays for but has no clue how to access and has lost contact with his friend who originally setup the site.

Any suggestions?

BTW the site is http://www.zebug.com and the registrar is http://www.domainpeople.com

without the registration info there's pretty much nothing you can do short of contacting the hosting company....they may be able to send documents for verification of ownership or something....but there's no way you're going to be able to do it without the login info and their help

What i thought, just seeing if there's any other way.
Guess I'll call up the company and see what info they need.

Thanks for the help.

You can probably get that info by putting the link in the form on this page.
