Hello i hope you can help me with this. My computer seems to have been infected by a trojan. As of now i cant open Firefox, Word and several other programs. I have run with Malware Bytes but it didnt find anything, afterwards i have downloades Avast home edition, when i first tried to run a scan with avast, it told me to restart the computer and do a scan before windows opened. I did so, and it found tons of files that apparently were infected by win32:runonce[tri], I moved the ones it found to the chest, but after a while it told me that the chest was full so i couldnt move any more files there. I have tried to increase the capacity of the chest, but it doesent seem to be helping, as its still saying that it is full.
My latest step was to download hijackthis, as recommended in your tutorial to remove malware. The logfile from Hijack this, reads as following:
