Hi guyz,

I need to ask question regarding the information security path career. Actually I have a MS degree in Information Security and recently I have passed the CISSP exam. I am also taking classes for the CCNA starting from the next and then I am planning for CCSP and in June want to go CISA certification. But when I talked to my friend he suggested me not to go for CCSP coz according to him CISSP, CISA and CISM are different paths then the CCSP and CCNA and he says you should choose only one or it will have a –ve impact on my career. On the other hand I think that an Information Security Manager should know the details so in case of any issue he knows how to fix the problem as well as identify the problems. Infect in my 1.5 years careers I have seen IT ppl trying to hide vulnerabilities or trying to present a misconception sometime.

So I need your suggestion what should be done? Whether I should stick with my own plan or I should act as my friend advised me.
