Found a 'program' using ARP++ that didn't recognize and found conflicting descriptions in a GOOGLE search.

ARP++ had the following entry:

Branding   Rundll32 ledkCS32.dll,BrandCleanInstall.Stubs

Does anyone know what this is referencing? Do I dare delete it?

Not sure which 'program' you're talking about:

ARP++ is an 'extension' of the Windows Add/Remove ... by Freezerware - just looked at the list it generated (had entries - programs - not reported by ToniArts-EasyCleaner:Add/Remove or MS Add/Remove).

The Branding entry is from the ARP++ 'report'.
