Greetings,
Apparently this program (Back Web) came on my PC.
I don't know what it is, but it shows up when I run the spy/bot
program, I uninstalled it from the control panel, but still have
some registry files....
I would love to delete these, any thoughts?
Thanks,
BLU <_<

It is most likely a bad program.

please run a free online virus scan here:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And a free trojan scan here:
http://www.moosoft.com/

After that let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

I used to have backweb on my HP PC and have since uninstalled it. Is there an option to uninstall it through control panel? If so, uninstall it, restart, and post a HJT log. If not, just post a HJT log.
