This morning when I turned on my p.c the resolution was stuck on 600x800 and the colour on 4-bit. When I tried to change it in the display properties I couldn't move the resolution slider, and there are no other options for the colour quality other than 4-bit.

I updated my video card drivers a week ago, and it was working fine yesterday.

I havent installed any new hardware, and only downloaded some plug-ins for the program "Skype", which i have now removed.

Any help would be greatly appretiated.

Thanks
