I am a new entry. My problem is the following:
when I open a simple window, my explorer.exe process goes up to 99%, my cpu fan starts working an this opening process takes 4 seconds. When I close a windows is the same.
All the processes involving explorer.exe are very slow, for instance copying or moving a file, changing directory.
I saw other topics similar to this, but you gave specific instructions to each one, so that I do not know if I can follow exactly those topics. Tell me if i can and I will do so.
I did all the operation you suggest:
I downloaded and ran ATF_Cleaner,
I downloaded and ran Erunt and I created a restore point (I think),
I ran a full Malwarebytes scansion.
I ran HiJackThis.
The problem still persists.
This problem arose these day when I dis installed Sophos antivirus and installed Symantec Corporate Edition 9, Sunbelt Firewall and Spyware terminator.
Just when I wanted to protect my pc from troubles I got some.
My symantec antiv didn't find anything in the scansion, but constantly, once a day, finds and deletes
A000(4 numbers).exe (for example today A0002338.exe) in
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{55A527CE-0529-45E0-84E1-0B1A831384A2}\RP19\
I post the Malwarebytes and HiJack logs.
Anyway, since I am constantly behind a protected rooter, I think I can rid of all these security delicate programs. Don't you think so?
