I hope I am in the correct place to post this message.

I am new here. I am following the Malware Cleaning Guide.

When I open the program SysRestorePoint, I get a message that I need additional files in order for the program to work. I have provided a screen shot for that message.

Would someone please tell me what to do, in order to download this program and where to get these files.

As an aside, when I attempted to download SysRestorePoint, using Firefox as my browser, when the download box appeared "save' was grayed out. So I couldn't download it. Then I used INternet Explorer and I was able to save it.
