am I posting the right info to get help??

*edited by an Administrator

Yes, you are posting correctly. Bumping your thread will not help you get cleaned up faster. We currently have a backlog of a couple of days, and we are working as quickly as posssible to get to everyone in a timely manner, without compromising the integrity of our work. Please be patient, and someone will help you as soon as they can.
