I previously had itunes and have a 600 song library. I went to the ipod store and received a new ipod, since the wheel stopped working. As soon as I got it home. I was told to download and upgrade the new version of iTunes. For some reason it keeps freezing. I have tried removing all kinds of things from the computer??
So confused...

Any help would be appreciated, a very frustrated 14 year old and driving my "not tech savvy mom crazy"

This is the error message I keep getting:

This installationis forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.
C:\WINNT\Downloaded Installations\{628E8630-7947-49EA-BE90-7F8BFF77A79C}-\iTunes.msi

Thanks!
