RoxMediaDB9 Module stopped working and was closed

Hello,

I am using windows vista and every time i restart the computer i get the error message: -

Runtime Error!

Program:......files\Roxio\Shared\9.0\SharedCom\RoxWatchTray9.exe

This application has the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

and then in another dialogue box this message appears..

RoxMediaDB9 Module stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly.

I would appreciate any help
