the sound on my Hp touchsmart is not working for the internet and it says all my music files are bad. I troubleshooted it and it said everything was fine and the volume isn't muted or anything. when I restarted it I think it made the regular shutting down noises. it has built in speakers so I know they're plugged in. what should I do?
