The problem I'm having is that my External DVD R/RW IDE drive is still reading blank media but when I double click
on the drive icon, windows brings up a dialogue box saying "Drive E\ is not accessible, Incorrect Function".

I have checked the data cable, I have even tried one of my old internal HDD's from my old desktop PC which seem to work.
Please HHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!
