Not sure If you guys can help with this or not. A co worker got a virus on his computer yesterday. Trojan.pandex. This just keep trying to send emails, it it fills the screen up with emails that are trying to go and then they fail but it just keeps going over and over. We did the complete scan Norton says they fixed it but it is still happening. Downloaded AVG and it says it fixed it. Still doing it. I read that it can hide in the Java files and to delete the temp files in java, I did that restarted the computer now I have nothing. It sounds like windows is starting (you can hear the music) but then nothing happens. The picture on his screen is there, his screensaver works but no icons or even the start menu.
