I have a family member who has a Dell D630 Latitude running windows XP Pro SP2 system. Just over the weekend the system started displaying the following error when they try to go to the "Start Menu then Programs" Title to error Explorer.exe then 0x7ca14e11 memory referenced at 0x00000018. I have checked all of the errors on line from google and microsoft and haven't been able to pin this one down. Can anyone give me any help? If you need more information I will do my best to get it to you. :)

Thanks ahead of time for any help that anyone can give.

Well they have to call Tech Support from the company to do that. Is that what you would suggest?

It is the Companies Laptop that they work for and they don't have access to hardly anything on it. They have to have the IT Department work on every stupid little thing and it takes about 2 weeks for them to get it back.
