my computer is in safe mode right now.

Leave it on for 30 minutes, or so, and see, if it'll restart by itself.

Mcafee. and no viruses detected. oh i did not know that. ok well its almost been 30 mins. about 10 more mins

Let's run another test...
Go Start>Run (Start Search in Vista), type in:
msconfig
Click OK (hit Enter in Vista).
Click on Startup tab.
Click Disable all
Click Services tab.
Put checkmark in Hide all Microsoft services
Click Disable all.
Click OK.
Restart computer in Normal Mode.
Let it run for another 30 minutes, and see, if it's gonna stay up.
Go Start>Run (Start Search in Vista), type in:

Click Disable all
Click Services tab.
