Accidentally deleted a file, how do I recover it? Thanks

Try use a program like Recuva

If you have yet to empty the Recycle Bin, just open up the Recycle Bin on your desktop, select the file and drag it onto the desktop recover it. Or double-click the Recycle Bin icon to open the Recycle Bin, select the file, and choose Restore from the pop-up menu to restore it to its original folder.

If you already emptied the Recycle Bin its best to go with what Rorschach112 said,
