Hi All,
I'm looking for soon advice about clearing personal files of my laptop.
I plan to sell my laptop and want to remove all personal info.
I do not want to format the harddrive and re-install windows.
The only thing i know how to do is
Delete cookies and delete offline contents in internet explorer.
All help welcome,

I take it that you have removed all personel word docs etc that you need
to get rid of. Have you emptied the recycled bin
and deleted the email. The best way is to hold the shift key and push
delete this will by pass the recycle bin. if you are using microsoft outlook
then you can delete the pst file. Don't forget the archive file for your email
