OKay so I have sound in classic WMP however youtube videos and any videos online will not play... this is a major problem seeing as how three fourths of my work is online videos... the yellow question mark is in my device manager screen... I thought this was a problem with flash player so I uninstalled via adobe instructions and reinstalled to find out this was not the problem.. the multimedia audio contrller still does not work, I have been trying millions of fixes online and none have worked... please help me!!! Thank you

ok I am gettingt he belarc advisor now. So I deleted thje the multimedia audio controller and on reboot it said it had to reinstall it... but it is not finding it when it trys to?!? I have attached the belarc below.
