There's a counter strike condition zero logo on my office computer, on desktop, my documents, local c and d. These are two files the HalfLife.exe and the CounterStrike.exe. Evrytime i turn on the pc.. it will always take a long time b4 desktop icons and taskbar appear 50secs to 1:30mins.. then a error will appear.. Sumthing like missing cs34secR.dll. Then after an hour or less the error comes again followed by a fatal error missing windows explorer.exe then the computer restarts.

i also found out that i was not the only one having the same problem.. it was like scattered in the whole network... i think 50% of the computers in the office have this problem..

can some one give me any ideas on whats happening??
