Unable to connect to Tweaktown.com

Using either Firefox 3.0.4 or Internet Explorer 7 I am unable to connect to http://forums.tweaktown.com. If I go to another machine in my network, no issues. This is crazy.

From the CMD, I type ping 8.6.221.109 and it times out. From another computer on the same network, I can ping the site.

This is were one of those times the Firewall isnt necessarily correct. I use Black Ice and the site was being blocked. Had to make BlacvkIce Trust the site and all works fine. CUrious though. All of the computers have BlackIce but only this one actually blocked it.
