about: blank almost removed?

I read all the forums on removing the about:blank virus. i was infected on my other computer and used tools to remove what I thought was all of it. However, now i can't connect to the internet. I'm afraid i may have deleted something when i was getting rid of the virus. however, i think it is still the virus keeping me from connecting. please help me out. i am getting very fustrated. here is my hijackthis log:
