When I start my computer I get an error that says 0028:C0011E36, Trojan Spyware etc, I can not run my computer in normal mode

Next time you start your computer trying hitting "F8" to put it into Safe Mode or whatever the command is for your computer to enter Safe Mode, it should be in your computer's manual. Then once in safe mode, log into your account and run your anti-virus. Once that is done running and hopefully finds your virus, try re-starting your computer and see if it is fixed.

That is my novice analysis, the admin who runs this place probably has a much better mode of helping you out, but you might want to try this in the mean time.
