There example "C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\SystemMechanicPro.exe" /skipavfwcheck

Try this "C:\program files\iola\system mechanic professional\sysmech.exe" /skipavfwcheck

There seems to be a space between the " and the /

I can't recall all of what you have done, so.

Did you search and delete the antivir folder?
Have you cleaned out all the temp folders? (use Ccleaner from my link).
Try running WINDOWS INSTALLER CLEANUP UTILITY to look for the antivir.

I also found THIS REMOVAL for antivir.

I would suggest downloading and running ERUNT (backs up the registry) before running the regcleaner from antivir.

Yes, after you have run erunt.

Erunt will tell you where the backup is (C:\windows\ERDNT\current date).

So this means you had antivir on your computer at 1 time.
