Ok, there are a few strange things going on here.

1. All client PC's can no longer access the internet. They can still logon to the domain and use network resources with no problem, but no internet. The internet can still be accessed directly from the server.

2. When I try to look at the properties for the network cards they just aren't there. When I go to Network and Dial Up Connections the only thing there is "Make New Connection". This server has 3 network cards, 2 of which are in use. The cards all do show up in Device Manager however.

I am at a total loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
