I'm doing a clean install of XP Pro on a new 1T hard drive.
I've read that one of the best ways for me to set this up is to place 'My Documents'
into a different partition from the System so that I can keep data separate from System.
If that's true, do I make a new forlder on the other partition and then delete the one on 'C' or do I not delete the one on 'C'.

As for title question...programs can't be moved. They have to be reinstalled.
