HELP ZLOB TROJAN

PLease Help i got this Zlob Trojan and i got rid of it except for 1 file its already cloned my MAC Address but i am watching that closely and havnt seen any activity on this Trojan Yet but if you could please help me remove the rest of it

Please Help asap i just ran the program Malwarebytes and i found alot more files for the Zlob trojan
