Video Card Upgrade Opinion

I'm looking to upgrade my Video card and want to make sure of a few things:
1) Compatibility
2) Power
3) Price

I have a Dell XPS 710 System with currently an NVIDIA GEFORCE 7900 GS
I would like to upgrade this. I would like to stick with just 1 video card right now.
I want to be able to play the latest games, Crysis, Half Life 2, and Blu-Ray Movies.
I am on a budget of $200 or less, and right now am looking at the GeForce 9800 GTX+ Video Card - 512MB DDR3
From TigerDirect - http://www.tigerdire...p;sku=E145-9822

Is this the best card for me? Is it even compatible?

I would like to stick with NVIDIA, but value opinion. Help is appreciated, thanks,
