Hi geeks got through in safe mode with networking i have no start button, no icons,just wallpaper can you help me to get my laptop back to normal, tried system restore no luck any advice thanks

Welcome back to Geeks to Go. It sounds like you have a might have malware problem, please read and follow the directions in this link. If you're still having trouble after that, you can post a Hijackthis log in this forum.
