Recently removed IE from my system, in favour of Mozilla FIrefox. The weird thing is I am still getting popups, yet they are in IE Windows. Any solutions? Both Adaware and Spybot are not able to remove this.

Is Firefox your default web browser? It sounds to me like IE is still set as the default web browser.

To check in Firefox click Tools and then Options. Under the general Option be sure the box under Default Browser is checked.

hey knox hows it , you should also install adblock for firefox http://adblock.mozdev.org/ tohttp...then go tohttp://gauret.free.fr/adshare/adshare.php?action=download..this will block adds and sites from ever even reaching your browser, also look around the lists are always updated cheers keep fighting the good fight
