can anyone help me figure out what power supply i need i dont know what wattage i would need nor do i now what brands are great and which ones are duds. Any help would be much appreciated..

what do you intend to do with the system? any graphic cards?

400-450 watt should be good with the components listed there

im still working on finding a sutable graphics card, i want one that will be able to easily handle games such as DiRT, Crysis, Company of Heroes, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfar, Bioshock, Gears of War, Assassins Creed, Need for Speed proStreet and more but i dont know what graphics card to get, my mobo supports crossfire and comes with the crossfire bridges, but i dont know if thats the best route. any help will be much appreciated
