Unknown Reboot request

A couple of months ago I started getting a windows message that instructed me to restart my computer. No problem except that the only time I get the message is after restarting my computer. I easily by-pass it by choosing "NO". I'm tired of seeing this and believe that this is sometime of malware, etc. I've followed the instructions from HIJACKTHIS and would like someone that can interpret my startup programming to tell me what I have and how to remove it. Oh yeah, the posting wouldn't let me give you the screenshot. Sorry!

It's a basic windows start-up box that says, " The computer must be restarted before updating can continue. Do you want to restart now? YES or NO" I always select no because it should have already completed this since I turn my computer off and on quite often....Thanks again! :)
