The title pretty much says it all. When I monitor my CPU usage history with rainmeter (HUD.Vision skin) the memory that rainmeter.exe uses gradually increases over time. There is no limit to this and after a couple of days it can get as high as 700 megabytes of RAM.

This only happens when I'm monitoring the CPU history. I disabled those parts and kept the rest running and it doesn't happen anymore. What can I do to fix this?
