Yes it would be compatible, just make sure you have a good PSU to supply enough power to your rig.
Looks like you have one heck of a powerhouse, gaming i suppose?

Your mobo is crossfire ready, i would recommend ATI Crossfire cards instead for maximum graphics and performanc.
The cost of two Crossfire cards is only slightly more expensive than one of the latest GTX cards.

Here's a good read for you about Radeon HD Crossfire vs Nvidia GeForce GTX:
http://www.digital-d...geforce_gtx_280

To setup a crossfire, you can either purchase two of the exact same cards, and use an internal connector, then you only have to plug-in one of the cards to your monitor (Both cards will activate simultaneously). Alternatively, if you purchase one crossfire, and one crossfire compatible card, you can use an external connector, which joins both cards into one cord, and plugin accordingly.

Sounds like a lot of work, but the payoff is worth it.

That PSU is perfect. Just make sure that it fits your Tower, hopefully not interfering with anything.
On the link you provided, click the Specifications Tab.

The dimensions are:

Dimensions W x H x L
150 x 86 x 158 mm
5.90" x 3.39" x 6.22" inch

Just make sure it fits :)

Corsair is definitely a more trusted brand, but i don't see any problems with the Rosewill.

As for fitting, just take a ruler or measuring tape and roughly measure the tower.
Do you have the tower with you already?k
