Oh I get it because Down Under is a colloquialism referring to Australia, you would ask “Does Australia call the rest of the world "up over"?”
I would say no they do not call the rest of the world “up over”
Just keep in mind that this a family, friendly site viewed by people all over the world so as this game gets going remember to keep things friendly.

OK, maybe everyone has already figured this out and just isn't interested in the game, but I think Ske7ch's idea was that both the question and the answer have a bit of a tongue-in-cheek or "smarty pants" overtone. So, Ske7ch, I'll try to help you get this one off the ground:
Answer: Um, there's a "rest of the world" out there, somewhere?
New Question: Why do people buy shampoo when you can still get real poo for free?

To prevent a psychopath from violently killing you because you sat on his imaginary friend, of course.
