I think the motherboard on one of my computers was fried because it won't turn on and the PSU is fine. So I was wondering if it is safe to put its processor in this computer.

Well as long as you're certain that the processor is fine...
Does your mobo turn on at all? Like it'll turn on briefly, then automatically shutdown?
Also, make sure the switch on the back of your PSU is set to the correct voltage.
