ok windowss service pack 3 , is listed in the add and remove programs but wont uninstall says files not found,
and wont install SP3 even though it keeps showing up in the windows update.
any ideas on how to totally remove service pack 3 .
windows xp
says when trying to unistall windows cannot find the file specified.
