WotLK install problem

i try to install WoW from scratch on the websites new universal installer, i uninstalled all my WoW files and tried getting them all from the new installer, v1.4.0.185

at about 50%, around there, it stops and says "Could not create files for World of Warcraft, please close all applications and try again"

i did that but i keep getting the same thing.
