hi all,

my first post here, thanks in advance for help.

as title mentioned, i'm seeing an iexplore.exe in my processes when i boot up, even when nothing has been opened (including IE) on the desktop.

am using trend micro internet security. have tried ad-aware, malwarebytes' anti-malware, spybot (gave me a headache due to its conflict with trend micro), but could not detect (or remove) the problem...

my hijackthis log below, hope to get some help to decipher it

an update of my situation...

after digging around, i found this suspicious sounding "great coal love" entry in my startup list (from Run, type msconfig)

i unchecked the entry and restarted...

now the suspicious iexplore.exe does not start automatically...

so that's half the problem solved, or is it?
