IE keeps crashing: TOTAL SECURE 2009

Hi!

My IE8 keeps on crashing, it was caused because of TOTAL SECURE 2009 i think because it kept on popping up when i tried to browse any site... I tried everything i could but it didnot fix it...

Can any one please help

Thank you...

P.s. When i close IE8, it gives me DEP error all the time and plus i cannot uninstall it because it is not shown in PROGRAMS and FEATURES Uninstall thing in Control panel and i've no idea how to uninstall it.
