COMPUTER STOP RESPONDING WHEN RUN FULL MCAFEE VIRUSCAN

Hi,

Please assist me how to fix this problem i did so many things and running different kind of antivirus but problem existing when i run complete virus scan with MCAFEE, WINDOWS DEFENDER AND A-SQUARED the computer stop responding and when i try to close the program computer stop responding and to stop this annoying things happening to my laptop i force turn off the laptop trought the power botton and i again it will affect the life of my hardisk.

If someone can help me with this in short days i will be very very happy...i cant not sleep a lot because of this problem..actually i am a computer science grad and fun of pc games too..that is why fast laptop is very demand for me.
