Hi G2G Expert,

I had the sp.dll in Jan/Feb 2005 on this computer, and got to this website and after both adware (Lavasoft&SpyBot) was used with a safemode Norton Antivirus scan it seemed to be removed. This computer is still not healthy, it gives low memory warnings sometimes, and other times NAV gives a message of 'Repair Successful' and the file name and location is usually in the windows\temp\aaware\??????\???.bin I think, when I go to the temp folder there is no aaware folder or file in it. (Show all files and folders enabled). I went through the whole 'You must read' post again and hope the HijackThis Log shows a clean system. On my 'way' to here I was not able to scan with Trindmicro's online scanner(An OK/close and Details dialog with Explorer has caused an error, popped up every time I tried to SCAN NOW, in IE and FireFox), but managed with panda, TDS-3 was a bit confusing for me, but i managed anyhow to scan I think everything. One thing is there is alot of "jar_cache10051.tmp" files in the windows\temp folder, and usually one or two cannot be deleted.

On restart a msnappau error box is displayed until close is clicked. Same as that explorer dailog box. It has the red circled "x" in.

I am on adsl.

I hope this is enough extra detail.
Here goes my log:
