Don't know if this is the right forum, but I have a question about any potential problems with letting employees use their personal phones (iphone, blackberry) to sync with the company exchange server.

Thanks,
Mike

Just let them POP and it shouldn't be a risk to your server. It might not be good for the security of their specific inbox, but the server should be safe.

And if you let them SMTP, make sure you require authentication (preferably SSL).

Thanks for the reply, could you be more specific on the security to their inbox. What type(s) of problems could there be?

Thanks,
Mike
