First, we need to remove the pepper trojan. Download this file, run, and let terminate (it'll just blink briefly on your screen and won't appeared to have done much--this is normal):
http://www.geekstogo...=download&id=18

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://server224.sma...earch/?new-hkcu
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://default-homep...rt.cgi?new-hklm
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://server224.sma...earch/?new-hklm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page_bak = http://default-homep...rt.cgi?new-hkcu
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: IE Agent - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000221} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {00000010-6F7D-442C-93E3-4A4827C2E4C8} - C:\WINDOWS\nem219.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {83DE62E0-5805-11D8-9B25-00E04C60FAF2} - C:\WINDOWS\2_0_1browserhelper2.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oIJ2wZcea.exe] C:\documents and settings\stephanie\local settings\temp\oIJ2wZcea.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lsesxqnykgbtb] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wolmexmx.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [397T99D26AQXS8] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Cjo9f.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ClockSync] C:\PROGRA~1\CLOCKS~1\Sync.exe /q
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [h0ppRkb3j] wavpi16.exe

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\nem219.dll
C:\WINDOWS\2_0_1browserhelper2.dll
C:\documents and settings\stephanie\local settings\temp\oIJ2wZcea.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wolmexmx.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Cjo9f.exe
C:\WINDOWS\pgjyb.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\sp10u.exe
C:\PROGRAM FILES\CLOCKSYNC <- this folder

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

I removed the following items using HJT (a search revealed that they were AD ware items)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mifsf] C:\WINDOWS\System32\mifsf.exe

Then rebooted in safe mode and deleted;

Good work. Congratulations! Your system is CLEAN <_<

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use).

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.

It's also very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks. Click Here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows.

It's okay to delete the Hijack This folder if everything is working okay.

After doing all these, your system will be thoroughly protected from future threats. :D
