well windows firewall wont turn on says unspecific promblem .
how do I start to trouble shoot this one, have done mutiple virus and spyware scans with diffrent programs , even done hijack all ok, so wear do I start.

Have you removed spyware or a virus/trojan recently?

yes two trojons wear removed approx one week ago have ran several scans now no trojons or spywaare,
